Description
This patch provides a preliminary UI to allow Administrators to undelete users from the Browse Accounts page. It also shows the deleted users (it must do!) on the list, with an indication of their deleted status.
Moodlelib and datalib required minor modification in order to view the deleted users and restore the user information.
This patch is still a bit rough around the edges – I'm submitting it here for comment.
