Description

When a student finds a multiple choice question that they feel has no right answer, or more than one right answer, or a typo, there is no mechanism for lodging a challenge, feedback or complaint.

If the quiz is using the secure window, then the student will not be able to copy the URL of the quiz question to report it to a teacher by email.

Hence it would be nice to have a feedback form to allow students to challenge questions, or send feedback or questions about quiz questions.

Disagree with this. The assumption must be that the questions presented are valid. If a student feels otherwise there should be an alternative method availalbe for appeals of this type. It should not be in the quiz interface that is presented to students, it is not the correct place to sort deficiencies in the authoring/editing process.

As I just commented in the duplicate bug, I don't think we should do this for two reasons. First it adds extra user interface all over the quiz page that is (hopefully) only rarely used.

Second, in Moodle 2.0 dev, we already have the facility for students to flag questions during the quiz or on the review page (http://docs.moodle.org/en/Development:Flagging_questions_during_a_quiz_attempt). This has many possible users, but one use is that it makes it very easy for a student to mark a few questions, then contact the teacher using any of the existing methods available in Moodle, to say "I think there is a problem with the question I flagged in my quiz attempt <copied and pasted URL of the review page>."

The fact that at lease one person here disagrees with the suggestion increases my confidence is saying that we should not implement the feature as requested here.
