Description

"Course Sticky Blocks" don't get displayed when the "Show the course blocks" option is chosen when using "Add a resource" > "Compose a web page"

See the attached images.
All the blocks are "sticky blocks" except for the "administration" block.

Perhaps this is the expected behavior, but the wording of the option implies that all blocks should get displayed.

I know it seems like a minor issue but when you have a block that all courses you offer need to have a sticky block seems like the solution. To have it not work on the "compose a page" resource pages is frustrating as it is how the majority of our course content is delivered.
