Description
Have been trying to set a format throughout my site that has all BLOCKS closed as the default view in all courses at every level. Students would see PEOPLE and click on it to see PEOPLE, or would see ACTIVITIES and click it to open up and see Forums, Resources, etc. My desire is to have just the name of the block show for the student to then click to open. Is there a setting I am overlooking?

Adding a preference that allows this function would allow sites the best of both worlds, maybe with the granularity down to the user level.
