Description

I know we talked about getting rid of that block (MDL-11797) but perhaps this is a something we should fix quickly in the interim

I'm thinking about this.

The blog tags block uses named styles s1 s2 s3 ...s20 for the styles, which is kinda cool, because it gives the themers more flexibility to use different fonts, weights etc which looks nice.

The new tags block just uses inline styles which is really bad I guess (but simpler).

I adapted the function in the blog_tags block to be used by the tag_print_cloud function.
