Summary field not displayed with PDF Resource

Description

The "Summary" field no long appears when clicking on a PDF resource. This used to appear and teachers used it to add information about the reading, what to look for in the text, etc. However now it doesn't appear.

I believe this is due to removing frames for accessibility. However, could the display of the Summary field be restored? It would also provide a more consistent interface if it appeared, as it does appear with a web link resource, or a resource that does not open within the browser, like a word document.

I am embarrassed to say that I missed that the Summary was actually displayed under the PDF. I am sorry about that.

However, since I and many students missed it, would it make sense to display the Summary field text above the PDF. If it was displayed above, it would also be more consistent with the web site resource behavior.

Assigning to Steve:

Install latest 1.9 daily build from http://download.moodle.org (or CVS if you're keen! http://docs.moodle.org/en/CVS_for_Administrators)

Add a course (as the admin account you created during install, probably)
Go into the course
"Turn editing on" button
Add resource "Link to file or web site"
Give it some summary text
Add a new pdf and "Choose" it, you should see the filepath in the resource form
Save and display the resource
The PDF should be shown embedded in the page (if not, upgrade to latest Adobe Reader)
See the summary under the embedded PDF
Alter the code to put it above the pdf
Calculate a diff patch file (eg "diff -c oldfile newfile")
Attach it here

Actually, in 1.9 all the summaries are now consistently below the item. You can put them above if you use the Frames option.
