Description

As default after copying the libs, the executable (antiword, pdftotext) are not executable. It is not harmful under Windows as default settings are liberal.

Just the administrator does need chmoding x access on executable for the http server user.

Improve search engine documentation in docs.moodle.org on search engine.

Improve failure trace to help administrators and tech staff to identify the case.

This is a temp resolution, not fully satisfactory, but in the meanwhile, expliciting error messages in cases of execution failure.
