Just curious but why should description have general feedback? as
This is not really a question type. It simply prints some text (and possibly graphics) without requiring an answer. This can be used to provide information to be used by a following group of questions, for example.
Do you mean something as a general remainder about the following group of questions?

Because the teacher may wish to provide some follow-up information about that group of questions on the review page, and this lets them do so.

However this affects all the versions with the general feedback probably because there is no answer (have to check this)
