Description

Should probably fetch overridden grades from the gradebook and display them and average of course and group from the gradebook IF there have been any grades overridden in the gradebook. Might make a new column in report.

We have detected that this issue has been inactive for over a year has been recorded as affecting versions that are no longer supported.

Actually, we just decided at the OU that we would try to do something about this. It is still very much an issue.
