  Problem appears on 3 different Moodle systems:
  1) Moodle 1.9.1+ (Build: 20080517) on a Mac server
  2) Moodle 1.9.1+ (Build: 20080526) on a Mac server
  3) Moodle 1.9.1+ (Build: 20080521) on a Linux server (hosted server)

When clicking on the X to the right of a question it is not possible to delete the question.

On clicking on the X, the page reloads, a Continue message appears and then the page reloads again to reveal the question still there.

However, if I select the same question in the check box to the left of the question, then click on the [Delete] button at the bottom of the page, I get a warning message: "Are you absolutely sure you want to delete the following questions?", and I click on the [Yes] button, and the question is deleted.

So, not a huge problem, but rather annoying.
