Description

Grades entered in 1.9 gradebook do not show in student activity report. Grades entered on mod grading pages do show up. Helen Foster suggested reporting this as a bug. See:

I entered grades using the 1.9 gradebook for this test account. They only show as dashes in the activity report.

Increasing the priority of this issue and assigning to Nicolas for investigation.

Both the outline report and the complete report are affected.

I also face same issue (dashes are displayed only) after upgrading from 1.9.2 to 1.9.3. When performing fresh install (1.9.3), it works correctly.

Oh, this code is still using old pre 1.9 gradebook code - it has to be converted so that it fetches the grades directly from gradebook
unfortunately this will require more time for coding and testing, delaying a bit, sorry...

Attached a patch that solves the "overview" report. The complete report will take a fair bit of time to fix.
