log entries for unassign role don't work when clicked on

Description

1. unassign someone from a course role
2. click reports in the admin block
3. choose todays logs
4. click the 'role unassign' link in the actions column
5. get an error:

Not Found

The requested URL /mod/role/admin/roles/assign.php was not found on this server.
