Summaries don't get imported from the source course to the destination course.

Import and Restore adding to a class both fail to bring in the summaries for the weeks/topics in the course. If you restore to a new course or delete existing course the summaries are imported.
Problematic if you create course shells with the enrollments via integration and then have the faculty import the course content into the shell to finish the course off.
