undefined index error in restoring lesson module backup

Description

When restoring a backup course that includes a lesson module I see the following error.

Notice: Undefined index: PAGES in C:\projects\VLE\Mobile Moodle\environments\xampplite-win32-1.6.6.exe\development\offlinemoodle-0.4\htdocs\moodle\mod\lesson\restorelib.php on line 156

I have the developer debug options enabled. I don't believe this shows up otherwise.

Should a simple fix. Just needs a check to see if the parameter exists before using it's children

Reassigning this to moodle.com for the time being, since Mark Nielsen is not maintaining Lesson any more. Please comment/vote/patch any crucial bugs that affect you for 2.0 to help us prioritise fixes for the upcoming release.

Thanks for reporting this issue.

We have detected that this issue has been inactive for over a year has been recorded as affecting versions that are no longer supported.

If you believe that this issue is still relevant to current versions (2.1 and beyond), please comment on the issue. Issues left inactive for a further month will be closed.
