Description

There's some very unpleasant coding in this class - gross misuse of globals and bad code formatting mostly.

It needs a tidy up.

Coursetestmanager format is removed to contrib.

The code was messy and would have required quite a lot of work to clean up. I honestly don't think anybody uses it. I hope!

After moving the help file to contrib we have several non en-translations in the main language packages. What is the best way to move therm also to contrib?

That's a good question. There is currently no mechanism for handling help files for question format plugins.
