Description
Workshop modules are very important in my courses. I need the students upload files or write text to be evaluated by me (the teacher) and their peers (and I want to give a marl to the peer assessment).
Now it is impossible to do with Assignments and I need the workshop module. I know it is a bit complicated to understand and use the workshops. Probably it is necessary to improve it or add new funtions to the assignments:
- Peer assessment
- mark for the upload and marks for the assessment of peers
- Scales to grade with several dimensions and methods (as we have now in the workshop module)

Perhaps the future is something like:
Activity Module: Peerlight (currently available in english and german)
Type: Activity Module
Requires: Moodle 1.8 or later
Status: Third-Party

New peer module (peerlight and peeradvanced in future)
Ambition: current code standard, more user-friendly, replace workshop
