The two main additions are the navigation block that lists all the questions in the quiz, to replace the old navigation bar, and the summary page that is displayed before you submit your attempt, so you can check you have answered all the questions.

This work will effectively deal with a lot of long-standing feature requests for the quiz, so at some point I need to link a lot of other bugs to this one.
