Description
This may not be a big deal depending on how someone uses notes, but if the student hasn't been enrolled in any courses yet or is between courses, there's no way to add a site wide note to their profile. (No link) Granted it wouldn't come up much but if the student was waiting on payment, etc there would be no way to add that note unless you temporarily added them to a class, added the sitewide note, and then unenrolled them. Another scenario I could envision is a student whose between semesters but a note needed to be added to their profile. (For whatever reason) I've attached a screenshot.
