Description
There used to be anchor tags in Moodle sections to allow fo topics to be linked to but that would not hide all other topics as using view.php?topic=1 does.
Was this removed for a reason?
Could we please have this back.

Ah, sorry Julian, I led you astray, this is not a bug after all.
You CAN do this now using new XHTML-way of doing it.
You just need to specify the id of the li tag and it'll work.
