Description

Add an option in config-dist.php to allow the default of 28 days to be overridden. This is valuable if you are having trouble with triggering of new keys. Mostly seems to be a problem with Moodle - Mahara integration at the moment.

Can now be specified in config.php using

$CFG->mnetkeylifetime

Note and suitable dire warnings added to config-dist.php
