PARAM_SAFEPATH - replaces PARAM_ALPHAEXT when "/" needed
PARAM_ALPHANUMEXT

PARAM_TAG - block "<>"and control chars and allow "\"

PARAM_PLAINTEXT like PARAM_TEXT but without multilang support (wiki page names, etc.)
