Description
SCORM/AICC activity upload should have a progress bar so that the user is informed of upload progress, otherwise users its waiting for many minutes with no system feedback whatsoever, and can be unsure whether system has hung, connection has dropped, etc.

Spot on Dan, thanks for the prompt response 
MDL-8304 does cover this issue. I searched on 'SCORM uploads' rather than 'file uploads' before reporting it, hence didn't find it.
Hope a solution can be found for MDL-8304, it's one of those small usability things that would result in a major improvement.

If you are referring to the process where a teacher uploads a new zip file to use in a scorm Module - this uses standard Moodle file functions. - Please see MDL-8304
