All the question image URLs are broken after upgrading moodle 1.9 + (Build: 20080430) to 1.9.2. For example a url that was originally http://moodle/moodle1/file.php/9/images/ps30.jpg in the page source is now being output as http://moodle/moodle1/file.php/images/ps30.jpg. This change has broken the reference to images. No question image is displayed in the quizzes.
