Description

Haven't been able to duplicate the problem, but we originally thought this was due to a backup and restore done from an older version of Moodle to our installation of Moodle. We have since disabled our users ability to restore courses on our server, but the problem popped up again. The resources and activities that are created are incomplete. See the screenshots. Again, I haven't been able to recreate this, but it is still happening.

This is section 1 of the new course. See the names of the assignments and resources are not showing up. These are un-deletable.

This is the mdl_course_modules table in PHPmyadmin. Notice the instanceid are all 0.

This is the mdl_course_sections table for the new course. This course was imported again after the failure so that is why there are some more numbers.

I'm 100% sure it has to do with Importing, but I can't break it on purpose yet.
