Description

I attempted to import files for a user to another course and it froze the page failing to import anything
I manually did it from the server realizing the main folder was way too large (examview pdf files for entire course - over 500mb)

it successfully imported all questions but my users with these large files may accidentally try to import all their course files too. I would like:

1. admin function to prevent copying files over size xx mb
2. Teacher button to BROWSE files to import specic files from folder. They rarely want all files but it copies all and then they must delete those they don't want.

Thanks for your consideration - this is both a bug (it froze the page) and an improvement but I placed it under bug for the freezing aspect.
