Not sure if you want bugs like this yet.. I haven't been followng too closely lately 
While just playing around I noticed that fils weren't being deleted and I can't see any part of cron which is actually calling the file storage cron.
yes, this is not fully implemented yet, the problem is the current code lacks some locking mechanism to prevent racing conditions
