simple discussion breaks when forum postings reset

Description

Resetting the course deleting all the forum postings affects the ability for users to access the 'single simple discussion' after the fact, it throws and error: notice: Could not find the discussion in this forum

The only work around at this point is to delete the forum and re-create it, it is not reset but instead broken.

If I'm not wrong this type od discussion should respect the initial post and discussion when resetting it. Assigning to Jerôme.

I could not reproduce, please Rahim, explain your steps.

My test steps:
As admin
I created a forum
I created a discussion

As student
I can view this discussion
I reply to this discussion

As admin
I click 'Reset' course option in the course admin block
I check the 'Delete All Posts' check box
I click 'Reset Course' button
The discussion has been deleted (original post + reply post)

As student
I see the empty forum
I can create a new discussion

fixed in cvs, broken forums can be recovered by clicking on edit icon and saving changes
