Description

As Mathieu has alreeady created /lib/editor/common in 2.0 Head and I think has now gotten the current dragmath files there, can we just go ahead and make this available in 1.9?

1/ I needed to change the location of dragmath because we need lib/editor/ for editor plugins, it is now in lib/dragmath which is more consistent with the rest of imported libraries
2/ we are not adding new features to 1.9x - sorry
