when mnet xmlrpc client gets an error formatted like this ^^^^ it should do something other than display 'payload not encrypted' error to the user as this is misleading and unhelpful.

ok, if you're happy with it that's fine. I don't really know mnet well enough to be able to judge how intrusive this patch was, I just put it together to help me dubug the mahara portfolio and to be honest, part of the reason I suspected it might have been intrusive was that I couldn't understand why it wasn't like that in the first place
