Description
Add a button to alert teacher to incorrectly scored responses. A teacher needs to preplan all possible solutions in the short answer quiz module. If an incorrectly formatted; however, normally correct answer is scored as wrong then the student must email or call the teacher to have the question manually scored. A hot button in the feedback window to request that would be very useful to the teacher and student. Making an option to allow this button optional would be helpful if the button is being abused. by students

I'm sure I have seen this request before, but I can't find a duplicate bug report.
I don't think we should do this for two reasons. First it adds extra user interface all over the quiz page that is (hopefully) only rarely used.
Second, in Moodle 2.0 dev, we already have the facility for students to flag questions during the quiz, or on the review page (http://docs.moodle.org/en/Development:Flagging_questions_during_a_quiz_attempt). This has many possible users, but one use is that it makes it very easy for a student to mark a few questions, then contact the teacher using any of the existing methods available in Moodle, to say "I think there is a problem with the question I flagged in my quiz attempt <copied and pasted URL of the review page>."
