Description
We have noticed the following,
There were some students showing up in the gradebook that were not enrolled in the course, I noticed that these users were already deleted! However they appear as well inthe "Assign Roles" section of a course as being a student. The accounts in the database are set to deleted, the auth is email. The only link I could find is that they had their idnumber field populated in the database record. These ghost users do not show up inthe Participants List.
Enrollment should be qualified to the accounts being A) not delted B) auth set to LDAP.
If the qualifier for enrolling a student is just a populated 'idnumber' field then different types of enrollment will be confused and accounts that have been deleted will show up in various places in a course.
