The shuffle setting in matching question not carried over during backup-restore

Description

The matching questions have "shuffle" setting. By default it is checked. However, if I uncheck it, then create a backup, and restore it to another course, the setting is lost (that is, it reverts to its default value).

Oops Colin created a duplicate. However the other bug has a patch, so resolving the duplicates this way round.
