Description

Until now, it was enough with 2,147,483,647. Starting in October 2008 true 10cc numbers (9,999,999,999) must be supported.

Ethem is going to change those transid fields to int(20) to support future expansions.

Ethem has committed the change to 19_STABLE and HEAD. I've executed the upgrade twice under all 4 DB flavours (Mysql, PostgreSQL, MSSQL and Oracle) and worked perfectly.

Going to backport the changes to 18_STABLE too.
