Description

After restoring a course, there is a problem with html tag. This affect not only label but every html tags (html pages, quizzes,...).

ex. "<h3>Label</h3>" become "h3 Label/h3"

Moodle 1.9.2+ (Build: 20080924)
MySQL 5.0.60
apache 2.2.9
php 5.2.6
