When creating a course, there's a couple of really stupid interface things going on that we can easily fix:
1) Fix the "Roles" section of the course settings page to say "Local aliases for site-wide roles (optional)"
2) Put a continue button on the Role assign page to continue to the course page (breadcrumbs not obvious) and maybe some text to explain what is going on.

When creating a course, you arrive at the Role assign page and hit a dead end. Needs:
1) a "Continue to the course" button.
2) some text to explain what is happening.
