User report incorrect with sum aggregation stragegy only when viewed by student

Description

The user report does not display the grades correctly when students view the user repot. The grades DO calculate and display correctly in the grader report and in the user report when the user report is viewed by the instructor. The attached pdf or odt contains screenshots of the same course and grade items and should help to clarify the issue.

grade item hiding and sum aggregation type does not play well together in 1.9.x, unfortunately this will need a lot more work and database changes - this should definitely be fixed in 2.0
