The function scorm_simple_play() in mod/scorm/locallib.php does not update the scorm when the frequency is set to every time. Please see the attached patch for the fix.

I've Just pushed a change into head that forces the update - Piers - I've added you as a watcher as you've done a lot on this updating stuff - is it possible that the update could be run more frequently than needed with this patch?
