It is quite ok if you agree about my changes to lib/weblib.php and do that by yourself. I do need access to theme too.
It still says
"Sorry, it seems you have applied before to be a developer and your application was denied. Usually this is because you really don't need to have developer access. If you feel this is a mistake please contact support@moodle.com to discuss the issue." Right, Martin sorted it out (the interface for managing this does not cope with the possibility that someone applies once, gets rejected, and then wants to apply again!)
I have been in a meeting all morning, so am only just going to start testing now, but still hope to be able to commit before the end of the day. If you have not done so recently, you should read http://docs.moodle.org/en/Development:CVS_for_developers Can I then suggest that the first time you commit a change to core, you do the commit, then wait for the email to come through from the commits email list and make sure everything looks absolutely fine, before you do any more. I know I just created a whole lot of minor issues assigned to you, and it would be really great to fix them all in quick succession, but that is just a little bit risky. (I am probably being over paranoid here, but no real harm in that.)

lib
theme
We tend to be paranoid about lib, but theme should be fine.
