There is no way to delete an empty page from a quiz with attemtps

Description

I know empty pages don't matter, but it looks ugly and teachers won't know that they are not a problem.

Ah, update, this is only the case once the quiz has attempts. However, I was able to get empty pages into such a quiz.

Hm, but empty pages must be possible to add if a teacher wants to split the questions on a page into two pages. And if they can be added, yes, they need to be possible to delete, too.
