Description

A forum discussion was set to open on a date in the future. As expected, students were not able to view this discussion via the forum link itself; however, students can access the hidden forum by clicking on the link that comes up in the recent activity block.

hello,
yes you are right, this are several other related problems were fixed in 1.9, please update your server if possible.

Petr, when I get a but like this that was already fixed, I normally prefer to resolve it as Duplicate or Cannot Reproduce. I just think that Fixed should be reserved for when you have actually changed the code to fix the problem. Perhaps I am being too fussy. Anyway, just something to think about.
