[Patch] Missing H2 on minicalendar header, new-event screen

Description

In the calendar index there is an H2 inside minicalendar header while in new-event screen that H2 is not there.
Here is a patch to fix this.

i've forgot to say that here is a patch to fix the issue on 1.9.3 and also select the calendar category
