Manual grading: 'Grade all 4 ungraded attempts' acutally does the opposite

Description

I may be confused, or going mad, or something, but for me, the 'Grade all 4 ungraded attempts' link in the manual grading report actually seems to be doing the reverse: it just shows me the questions that I have already graded.

No, it isn't.

Actually, it was a fairly obvious type (IN that should have been NOT IN in the SQL). Fixed.
