Description
I'm not sure if this is blocks, installation, or administration so I'm tagging all three for now. This is admittedly a trivial matter but I think potentially misleading that when installing a new block it always displays that the block's tables have been created even if there are no tables to be created. I would prefer that it say that the block was successfully installed. I realize that for most users this may not make a difference. I think it would be nice if tables are created to indicate the number of tables that were successfully created by saying that a particular block was successfully installed and created x tables.
should be fixed in head, there might be some more improvements later
