The plugins page during upgrade has a confusing reload button that I always hit by accident

Description

The reload button on the plugins display page should be an icon ... the button is easy to hit when you want to continue.

Fixed in HEAD. Could be ported to 1.9 I suppose.

Changed it to put the work 'Reload' next to the icon, rather than just as an alt text, so it is more obvious what it does. Now closing.
