Description
On the security report still persists some critical warning On default user role and course default role. For example:
1. install a fresh Moodle using English language. All roles will be declined in English (Student, Teacher, etc.).
2. once installation is complete, install a language pack (say, Italian 
). Leave all default roles in Site Polices to the recommended default.
3. make site default language "Italian", and current user language "Italian"
4. go to the security report. The report claims there are "Incorrectly defined Roles.....".
Looks like under certain circumstances, there are still language dependent checks.
