Description

In Windows server the warning "writable config.php" appears. Could be very useful some hints to help Windows people make this file unwritable by ISS and Apache

Assigning to Helen and addressing for 1.9.5. I really don't know about how to fix this (I suppose it's a matter of changing the permissions of those files under Windows to be read-only). But agree it's interesting to explain how to do that. Not sure where (inline texts in the report or Moodle Docs). For your research and consideration. Ciao
