it would be great to encapsulate all the environmental stuff into one class. That way, internals would be much simpler and it will allow future improvements easier.

it would be great to encapsulate all the environmental stuff into one class. That way, internals would be much simpler and it will allow future improvements easier.
Uses are pretty well localised:
- admin/cliupgrade.php
- admin/environment.php
- admin/index.php
and shouldn't be difficult to do so. To work sometime in the future...ciao :-)
