Andreas - I have moved this issue and am re-assigning to you. It was initially filed under CONTRIB but I see that all Feedback stuff has been moved to core even if it involved feedback for Moodle 1.9. Let me know if you have any questions. Peace - Anthony

I have the same issue as previously mentioned, but not just when trying to add a radio button (rated) question to the feedback.
I am using Moodle 1.9.3+ (Build: 20081217) and receive the same error message when trying to add any of the following question to the feedback module.

Dropdownlist (rated)
Multiple choice - multiple answers
Multiple choice - single answer
Multiple choice - single answer allowed (dropdownlist)
Picture
Radiobutton (rated)

Any help much appreciated
Many thanks
Mark Lloyd

Hi,
you did an update but you did not delete the old feedback-folder.
The dropdown, dropdownrated, radio, radiorated and picture are old unsupported items.

Hi Mark,

you have to just delete the folder feedback/item and copy the same folder from the current package to this position.
