Description
Looking at our performance logs this page is averaging a thousand dbq a time, the max seen is 2615,
I started looking around - stopping get_categories() from doing anything removes 1299dbq - so I suspect something needs improving just with that. Taking out rebuild_course_cache removes the majority of the remaining queries.
Need to investigate and fix
