Description
I noticed this while testing MDL-18241.
Steps to reproduce.
1. Change non-editing teacher role so it does not have moodle/site:accessallgroups
2. Create course, and add an assignment to it set to separate groups mode.
3. Enrol users 'N-e Teacher' and 'Student One' as members of 'Group 1' and 'Student Two' as memeber of 'Group 2'.
4. Log in as each student, and submit the assignment.
5. Log in as N-e Teacher, and go to the assignment page. Note "View 1 submitted assignment" at the top right.
6. Go to the My Moodle page, while still logged in a N-e Teacher. Note "2 submissions not graded"
